Dock Leases and Paddle Craft Racks
Updated 2023
Boat Slips
Boat slip leases are for HPA members only. The boat must be registered in a lot owners name.
At this time, one boat slip per member is allowed, as more members .
You must be in good standing with your dues, or a slip will not be issued.
HPA members who promote the use of the boat dock facilities to renters of their property must lease a boat slip for the season regardless of whether or not the member intends to dock their own vessel in a slip. This will assure space availability.
Preference, when required, is given to:
Those who have had a slip each year, assuming all paperwork and fees are turned in on-time.
Interior lots
New members who purchase a lot which previously had an assigned slip.
Others
Kayaks / Canoes / Paddle craft
There will be a nominal charge for storing kayaks each season on the kayak racks starting 2023. This will be $15 per rack per season.
The kayak racks have been relocated to a new area on the other side of the boat ramp. Please do not store anything on the ground where the racks had been. We are allowing the area to recover and act as drainage.
No craft can be stored in the common area that is not on the canoe/kayak racks.
Storage of other items beyond paddle craft in the canoe/kayak area is not allowed; this include fishing buckets and equipment, floating platforms/lake floats, towables and tubes, life jackets, etc. Also, when not on use, please do not tether these to the back of boats, leave on the docks, etc. Please store these at home or in your boat.
