About Highland Point Association

Highland Point Association is a private rural, wooded community located in Bridgton, Maine on beautiful Highland Lake. 

There are 84 lots ranging from ~ 1.5 to 8 acres. Two lots comprise the Association Common Area, which has a large covered picnic house, outdoor grill, swim docks, boat docks, kayak/canoe racks, and boat ramp. Slightly more than half of the lots have homes.

Wildlife abounds in the neighborhood, such as deer, fox, porcupine, raccoon, the Maine loon, and many birds.  Fishing, hunting, hiking, walking, boating, swimming, and biking are just a few of the activities enjoyed in and around the neighborhood. Highland Lake is approximately 1000 acres  - about four miles long and one-half mile wide.

The homeowners association consists of approximately 70 members, and is governed by Protective Covenants and By-Laws; these are upheld by the member-elected Board of Directors.
