Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

The ARC, along with the Board of Directors, works to preserve the privacy and natural beauty of Highlands Point and protect each owner against improper use of surrounding building sites, thereby enhancing the value of all properties within the the Association.

If you are planning to build, please familiarize yourself with the Highlands Point Development Guidelines (also filed in the Resource Center). All plans must be submitted to and approved by the ARC prior to initiation.
